Bangkok beta still contains lots of bugs.. The Developer team has already mention it on the last Zynga announcement..
This is one example of the bug of Top Mafia BagMan position :
We can see from the image above that the player has a bonus as a Top Mafia BagMan. He gained B1,110,000 by doing the job.. But actually he didn't get the money!!! 
It's very nice if the bonus is really that much! I hope we can get that bonus pretty soon.. of course as Top Mafia BagMan position..
