The very early levels are strange, but by level 14 the formula has started and every level after that plays by the same rules. Use this table to build an excel spreadsheet and you can see it for any level you want. After you make your table just copy line 3 for all the rest of the lines. Enter a starting number in cell A2 (any number bigger than 12) and the table will fill in the rest for you.

The total number of points needed to reach any level is:

, where n is the level you want to reach.

You will need to round up for odd levels by adding 0.75. To reach an odd level you will need 11 more points than the even level below your target. To reach an even level you need 14 more. This leads to another equivalent formula to calculate the experience needed:
