Wow, so many updates on the game.. I do apologize for late posting, have to post one by one, guys.. I also has real life.. 
You know the rule, buy one crate for 20 Reward Points and 3 crates for 55 Reward Points. And you'll get random Spy Tech items from the crates, so don't expect to get Rare one in all crates.. good luck!

Btw, I am not sure why "Explosive Watch" become a rare one with such a low stats for a weapon? Is it a mistype from the developer? Or just that's it? Will find out soon..
