You can find the instructions of how to use the tool there..
You can even put the loot on your wishlist since the creator put the wishlist button of every giftable loots there.. Don't forget to empty your wishlist first..

For new Combat Calculator, it will give you all info about your weapons, armors and vehicles use in attack and defense, including your best attack and defense loots. And you will find your final attack and defense combat score!!!
